Summerfest is seeking a variety of food vendors serving quality food products. While not among the largest, we do attract good crowds interested in quality and originality. Those wishing to participate must return their application with fees no later than June 26th to secure a place.

The Details:

June 26th - Cancellation deadline for full refund
Fri, Jul. 31st - Vendor Load-in: 9am – 12pm.
Sat, Aug. 1st - Vendor Hours: 9:00am-9pm.  Welcome to serve until 9p.
Sun, Aug.2nd - Vendor Hours: 10:30am-5pm.  Load-out begins @ 5pm

Fees: $650 for one space

The following must be provided by all food vendors:

  1. Current Food Handling permits for all persons serving food.

  2. A Fire Permit if you plan to use gas or wood/charcoal fires for cooking.

  3. Proof of insurance with “Magnolia Chamber of Commerce” named as additional insured

  4. At the event: Adequate signage indicating prices of all items; proper fire extinguisher; power cords.
